Windows Phones OS is the best as compared over Android OS

After the fall of Nokia. Microsoft acquired Nokia under a 5 year bond. In the year 2011 Microsoft launched two Windows smartphones. Despite the first two smartphones being Nokia Lumia 710 and 800.

Due to the restrictions in the OS it couldn't hit the market. But that was just a beginning. That time Android already captured the market. Due to its open source and number of apps in the market. But it was not the end . Microsoft has to planned something.

 Then it launched the upgrade from windows 7 OS to Windows 8.1. In that a lot of improvement has been made over the older version. Now much over customization could be done. Microsoft with Lumia devices has done pretty well . Lots of new features and camera hardware improvement was seen on the devices .

But the Microsoft store lack of apps, which is the advantage on Android devices having ample amount of apps and also providing regular updates . Where as in Lumia devices hardly the releases the update for the app.

Windows phones were easy to use as compared to Android and require a less RAM over Android phones. Several bloatware you are going to find on Android OS . Which will make the device slow. Windows phone just perform well even with 512 MB RAM.

In 2018, still Windows phone are worth with 512 Mb RAM but Android is dead . Because on Android only 1 app can utilize half the RAM.

Also Windows provides OS upgrade to all its previous devices, whereas in Android to a newer version you have to change your phone.

Windows started gaining popularity slowly. But Android being open source and developers were more in Android which makes Android to capture the market.

Still, if Microsoft going to  relaunch Windows Phone, I would prefer it over Android.

This year is an amazing year for flagship smartphones. We have seen many smartphones with new concepts. But, what you think we should compare Blackberry smartphones with the flagship smartphones. Security as a matter of fact has never been taken into consideration by any smartphone brand apart from Blackberry. Why security must be taken into consideration? If you are connected to the internet. That means any day any time your smartphone may get affected by Vulnerability attack, where your data can be compromised. Do monthly security patches provide security updates. Yes, it does provides but that is just a single layer of protection that can be broken.
